Digital Director Office of the Building Commissioner

Yin has over 20 years’ experience in driving digital transformation across financial, cultural and Government sectors. She is passionate about enabling real-time data and analytics to augment business capabilities and efficiency levels. Her previous experience includes leading the HealtheNet Program for eHealth to enable information sharing across hospitals, community health services and the national health record. Before joining the Office of the Building Commissioner, she led the replacement of NSW’s legacy child protection system and co-authored the new NSW Digital Strategy.
