Working in the Design and Construction industry in multiple locations in Europe, Asia, and Australia, Tanay brings a dynamic perspective in coordinating and managing projects in the BIM environment. He specialized in Building Information Management for projects in the transportation and healthcare sector with expertise in planning, designing, managing, and coordinating the build-environment with the involvement in the design as well as construction stages of a building project.

With a key interest in technological integration in project delivery to achieve a sustainable built environment, Tanay has contributed to megaprojects (more than one billion $) as well as worked and led teams in smaller projects (10-200 million $) from project acquisition, design to construction. As a project design responsible, his tasks extend from planning design strategies, and supporting project directors in contract negotiations, conducting earn value analysis for project health. To achieve a smooth workflow for multiple projects, Tanay has developed the Project Execution Plan, Design Management strategies, and BIM Execution Plan. His efforts in the projects can easily be seen in BIM standard implementation (ISO, PAS 1192-2; BS 1192) and certification process. His role has been adaptive for projects and comprehends the client’s requirements.
