Ricky leads the APAC Digital Strategy and Transformation Team in GHD Digital, which was born with a single vision to help clients transform their business, embrace the future and change communities for good.

Bringing over 15 years of demonstrated management consulting and industry experience, Ricky has led diversely talented teams to help clients apply industry points of view on digital service transformation, digital operating model, digital architecture, and transformation program office & delivery.

He enjoys promoting diversity of thoughts and involving relevant experts and talents along the transformation journey to drive the best outcome. This includes exploring the multiple facets of the digital transformation problem statements, involving parties that have a stake to co-develop an organisational change management plan, and bringing the strategy to life with engaging storyboards and easier communications.
