Ralph is an experienced construction professional, starting in the industry at a specialist geotechnical company in the UK before having the opportunity to work in the UAE on many geotechnical and civil projects.

Ralph arrived in Australia in 2009 to work for Laing O’Rourke, initially in their specialist self-delivery business before moving into the estimating function and working on major projects in mining, rail and marine sectors and becoming Estimating Manager in New South Wales.

He took up an opportunity to work as the National Cost Planning Manager for Lendlease Engineering and support the business in delivering improved costing during design development for civil engineering and rail projects.

Ralph is a member of AIQS and sits on the Infrastructure Steering Committee. He is passionate about developing the role AIQS can play in the infrastructure space and how infrastructure professionals can find place their place in AIQS.
