Peter Yavari is a construction professional with extensive knowledge and experience in both construction planning and digital engineering, a combination which creates the perfect skillset for 4D planning. He holds a master’s degree in construction management from the University of Melbourne and has always kept in touch with academia during and after his studies through teaching and guest lecturing at various universities including the University of Melbourne, RMIT University, Deakin University and Swinburne University of Technology.

During his twelve years of experience, he has tried his hand in a spectrum of construction specialities from design to site engineering and construction planning. As the lead 4D planner at CPB Contractors in Victoria, Peter developed efficient workflows and innovative applications for 4D, which has resulted in tangible benefits for projects in the fields of safety, communication & methodology development. His unique expertise is adoption of BIM / 4D in project planning & Control with successful practical application in a range of construction sectors including linear road and rail infrastructure, bridges, dams, commercial buildings and high rises.
