Patrick has a wealth of experience in construction project controls. This includes extensive scheduling, cost, risk management, and data analytics experience. In performing project controls, Patrick’s main goal is to lead all projects towards completion on schedule, within budget, and in line with contract requirements, and to enable project teams to make the best decisions possible that limit risk exposure and maximize efficiency.

Patrick is leading an industry push in construction analytics. This goal of construction analytics is to collect and utilize project and organizational data that provides the right information, at the right time, and enables the right decisions to be made.

Additionally, construction analytics allow team members, from the Lead Superintendent to the CEO, to monitor portfolio level and project level insights in real time, throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from conception to close out. Insights include information on quality, safety, schedule, and finances that allow actionable decisions to be based off; decisions that continually minimize the amount of risk exposure to organizations, clients, and all project stakeholders.
