With over over 25 years of IT industry experience, Lem has witnessed the growth of cloud document management systems and as a senior IT Manager, observed the advantages companies have gained from integrating these developments into their project planning. Lem will be sharing his knowledge of technology available to the construction industry – designed to prevent project cost overrun and assist in identifying potential issues. 

Currently he is the National IT Manager at Southbase Construction, however he has also worked in a variety of industries, as a senior IT professional. Lem has led the transformation of a local helpdesk into a Global IT Support Services Centre and is now using this experience to lead the ‘Digital Transformation’ of Southbase Construction.
