With a formal legal background and significant experience in high profile infrastructure projects such as the NBN, inaugural Supercars Newcastle 500 and most recently ARTC, Kim is well versed in the delivery of complex projects.

Kim is a passionate leader, mentor and supporter of women in the construction industry and has a keen interest in understanding the barriers they face in securing leadership roles in the construction industry.

She is a Certified Practising Project Manager, a NSW Chapter Councillor for the Australian Institute of Project Management, and a committee member for Women in Building and Associated Services.

Kim has been a judge for the Master Builders Association’s Women in Building Awards and the Australian Institute of Project Management’s Project Management Achievement Awards.

In 2019 Kim partnered with Suzy Miller’s “The Opportunity Collective” to become a mentor for women in the Hunter region and is actively engaged in informal mentoring with a number of other young professionals.
