Kathryn is a built environment consultant and advisor with 20 (+) years’ experience in business communication, systems design and policy analysis and research; community consultation, stakeholder management and the design management, development, delivery and contract management as a Principal's Authorised Person for CAPEX infrastructure; property development; master planning and urban design projects. Kathryn is also an asset program delivery expert, delivering complex programs in complex environments with specialist skills in developing asset management policy, strategic and detailed business cases and economic appraisals, project programming and scheduling and global risk mitigation strategies including supply chain analysis of evolving markets and environmental conditions, global industry research and benchmarking, financial appraisal including cost-benefit analysis and return of investment, risk analysis and recommendations.
Working experience across a broad range of government, commercial and NGO sectors including urban governance and economics, commercial, residential, large civic infrastructure, sustainable community development projects and the global aid and development and emergency assistance sector. Kathryn is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), an Associate of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM) and a Professional Member of the Business Process Management (BPM) Institute. Kathryn has authored and delivered successful Business Cases, Government White Papers and Project Option Papers for all levels of Australian Government infrastructure works.
