GHD Digital Global Technical Lead for ArcGIS Urban

Joy has both GIS and hydrology backgrounds, with over 30 years of experience in various engineering and GIS projects in public sectors and private companies.  One of her passions for digital is urban planning Digital Twin, which makes her as a pair with Richard to be a GHD global technical lead for the adoption of immerging Urban Planning Digital Twin technology. Currently Joy lead eleven GIS professionals cross New Zealand and Philippines in GHD to deliver various GIS serveries including field data collection, multi-criteria analysis (MCA), web development, advanced data analytical, image classification, 3D visualisation, catchment studies. Joy's key focuses are to empower each individual to do the best, to encourage and empower them growing together technically and personally, to inspire them learning new skills by challenging themselves. Joy also keeps her contributions to GHD's global spatial science service line with strong connections by sharing and learning over years.
