Jenny is the Principal Digital Advisor for Mott MacDonald, with a core focus on driving data integration and digital twin. She has over 18 years of experience as an Architect and a Digital Project Manager across multiple sectors and disciplines in the construction industry. In recent years, Jenny’s engagement in the development of Digital Engineering Framework under Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has had a major impact in leading the digital transformation within the Government. Jenny has a broad range of experience from client and stakeholder engagements to business strategy, with key roles in major infrastructure and award-winning projects in Australia such as the $1.2bn Perth Children Hospital.

Consistently an innovator and champion of change, she is also the NSW Regional Lead for Women in BIM and State Manager for Women in Design and Construction. Jenny’s vision and passion is to empower and inspire every person reconnecting with the built world in a new way and to lead a diverse team in achieving excellent performance.
