As a Consulting Director within PCSG Asia Pacific Digital practice, Gavin helps large private infrastructure and government organisations in transforming them from an analogue organisation to a data driven organisation by adopting Building Information Modelling, Geospatial, IoT and Digital Twin technologies

The results of Gavin’s work can be seen through better economic returns for taxpayers or shareholders, happier and more empowered employees, improved service delivery and social outcomes. 

Gavin specialises in transformation strategy development, business case development and large-scale business transformation implementation delivery.

My passion for a digital future for our cities and built environment sees me involved in several initiatives such as co-chairing the Smart Cities Council Digital Twin Task group and assisting Standards Australia Smart Cities standards reference group. Gavin is currently part of the ISO working group for Digital Twin standards (JT-001-02 AG 11) and has previously supported the development of the international standard for Building Information Management, ISO19650 Parts 1 & 2
