Don Cameron

Don has many years of diverse international experience in the built environment industry; having worked for contractors, developers and design consultancies. Recent years have seen him collaborating with government agencies, authorities, clients and project teams on the delivery of large and complex infrastructure and building projects. 

Don has always pursued technology as a means to innovation, and he has been committed to leveraging BIM and related digital engineering technologies. He believes these offer a great opportunity to improve collaboration and increase efficiencies enabling superior delivery of the built environment. 

Don is a director on the Board of buildingSMART Australasia, collaborating with the international body and local stakeholders to improve the use of digital technology in our industry. Don is currently responsible for the strategic development, application and integration of innovative digital engineering technologies into systems and work practices on the Western Program Alliance in Melbourne.
