David’s greatest satisfaction comes from looking after his clients interests and working cooperatively with teams on great projects to the benefit of the wider community. As the Commercial Market Sector Director for Victoria for AECOM, through his team, he is exposed to some of the greatest projects in Melbourne including the 80 Collins St precinct, 311 Spencer St and Collins Square (PCA VIC State Development of the Year 2020).

David has works across multiple engineering disciplines in the commercial market space including building services, specialist services, structures, facades, planning and cost management. For these disciplines he is tasked with managing thought leadership, pursuits, client relationships and delivery for commercial office, residential, retail and hotel projects. An excellent communicator, he brings a combination of strong technical knowledge with a depth of understanding of the commercial aspects of projects and key client drivers.
