Carolina Couto

Head of Account Management JAPAC
Oracle Construction and Engineering

Carolina is Head of Account Management for JAPAC at Oracle Construction and Engineering. She manages a team of Global Account Managers dedicated to Oracle’s top tier customers.

Originally from Brazil, Carolina moved to Australia 18 years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduation degree in Information Technology. Carolina's global experience in managing large enterprise customers for Aconex (including at the time of pre-IPO) allowed her to gain understanding on how people react and adopt new technologies in the C&E industry all over the world. Professionally, her focus has always been on increasing customer value and management of customer needs and expectations towards SaaS and technology.

As a passionate advocate for the power of a diverse workplace, Carolina is on a mission to fight for inclusion and is part of OWL – Oracle Women in Leadership. She is also a mentor to others in the business.
