Ben’s interest lies in collaboration between technology and large numbers of humans - how to blend the best of multi-specialist inter-dependent human creativity with computational firepower.

Ben is Mott MacDonald’s digital design and delivery practice lead for Australia, helping the business to plan for and manage digital production, collaboration and delivery. He serves as a member of TfNSW’s Digital Engineering Framework team, and coordinates part of Australia’s input into ISO standards on information management in the construction industry. He is a chartered civil engineer with a background in transportation infrastructure and design experience in Sydney, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Delhi, Chennai and Oslo.
