Shubham (Bam) Sharma is a DE Lead – Building Structures – Southern & Eastern ANZ with over 8 years of experience in the Built Environment and Transport Infrastructure Industry. Bam is experienced in Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Bentley Open Buildings, BIM 360, Revizto, Bluebeam, Naviswork, Imodel and Spacegass. He has been responsible for supporting Revit teams, providing important DE/BIM interface with non-Revit based models, running interdisciplinary coordination workshops for Structures, Architects and Services, reviewing BIM workflows and ensuring best practice is maintained and developed at the workplace.

Bam's responsibilities include project resourcing, mentoring Revit teams, project setups, identifying and troubleshooting inefficient or broken workflows. He understands that successful project delivery depends on collaboration, communication and coordination, and therefore is highly passionate to develop efficient workflows to assist with project delivery. In addition to this, he has also had experience in managing and training globally integrated teams (GID) in the Philippines and India.

Bam has completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Swinburne University of Technology and an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Design (Drafting) from RMIT university. He has been associated with a broad project portfolio ranging from local and overseas projects including education, retail, commercial, health, mining and infrastructure.
