Mohamed Bakr Abdelaal is a Senior Structural Engineer at GHD. Prior to joining GHD he worked in contract administration, technical and construction management and structural design at several companies including AECOM, dar al-handasah and other engineering companies in Dubai.

Bakr received Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from (the University of Tanta) from (1997 to 2002), then he became a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia, structural College, in October 2014 before he became a Chartered Professional Engineer in August 2015.

Bakr brings more than 18 years of experience in structural engineering, technical management, construction management, and team design leadership with structural design and supervision experience in Governmental, Defence, Health, Educational, Hotels, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
