Andrew Harrison

As Head of Quality, Andrew is responsible for driving value and certainty of delivery on our projects through the increased awareness and focus on our Quality objectives and values, with the ultimate aim of achieving the client’s satisfaction in delivering on their requirements.  

The Quality function also manages the business’ ISO accreditation (HS, E and Q), essentially its licence to operate, and as such Andrew and his team look at ways in which the business’ management systems and technology can be enhanced, streamlined and integrated in to other functions to drive efficiencies and productivity in delivery of their projects.

Andrew is a Project Manager, holds an MSc in Managing Major Projects and recently completed an MSc in Strategic Quality Management.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and architectural industry and he previously worked for Douglas Wallace Architects, Cyril Sweett (Sweett Group) and recently Laing O’Rourke Construction and has helped successfully deliver a vast range of projects across a number of sectors in various parts of the world.
