Director Strategic Advisory blueVisions

Alfredo has over 16 years’ international experience and is responsible for blueVisions’ Strategic Advisory business. He joins from KPMG where he was a Director in the Management Consulting division, leading the Engineering & Asset Management Advisory team in Melbourne. Alfredo is also co-leading the Digital Advisory Services (DAS) team, providing strategic alignment and integration between three fundamental pillars towards digital readiness: people, technology and delivery.

He has a passion for client focus, technical excellence and a demonstrated track record as industry leader in his field. Alfredo has advised government organisations with the strategy, planning and implementation of Digital Engineering as a program-wide function – including advice on improving internal digital-literacy and capability.

His experience across all phases of the asset lifecycle and his ability to provide strategic, technical and commercial advice has been proven by successful engagements with all three levels of government and private corporations. These include key consulting roles for clients such as North East Link Project, Melbourne Metro, Southern Cross Station, London Olympics 2012, the Melbourne Cricket Club and the Federal Department of Infrastructure. 

He has also participated as a speaker for Office Projects Victoria’s (OPV) Commercial Capability training, covering topics such as strategic alignment and successful project delivery. He has been recognized as a Fellow & Engineering Executive (in Leadership & Management) of Engineers Australia and holds further executive education credentials from institutions such as Oxford University’s Said Business School.
